Re-Homing Assistance for your Cats is available!

adopting kities
We in no way suggest this if it can be avoided in any way due to the number of unwanted cats already on the streets and in shelters.  If there's so many, then it is unlikely there are many getting into new homes.  So please sincerely do all that you can do to keep your cat (or that of a loved one, etc.) with you or in your realm of humanity....we are available to help you jump some hurdles, but are helpless if we are too consumed by rescuing every cat that is unwanted.

If you are unable to keep your kitty and need to find a home for him or her, we are here to help.  While we cannot guarantee we can take in your kitty, we do work hard to help your baby get into a new home, and even attempt to look for available fosters.  The more time you have to give us, the better, as we too have many kitties that need homes, and we need time to market, post, interview, search and all the things associated while carrying on with a work life of jobs, and many hours volunteering to help you and ours at the same time.  You can still contact us if this is an urgent situation, and we will handle each case as we can at the time it occurs.

First we need basic information about your kitty.  Please go to online forms and fill out a surrender form.  Then send marketable photo's by email or text to aristocatgirl@hotmail.com or 321-441-6481.  Videos are a great enhancement if possible.  If you need to send more info on your kitty, you can email or text along with photo's.  Your kitty has a lot of competition, keep that in mind!  In addition, if you have vet records, please text pictures, full page with nothing cut off, or email those as well.  If you do not have vet paperwork but have a vet that has them, please email or call your vet for the records and ask them to email the records to us.  If you have no records or any info on the cat, we can still help you, but we may need to deal with that prior to an adoption.

You should hear back from us within a couple days.  Please check your email, possibly junk folder, as most of the work gets done late at night.  We do also return your request by cell phone, which is a prefered way of communication throughout the process.  We need to keep in contact during the process until the kitty is adopted or placed into foster care.  You are not bound to us unless we make a provisional agreement, we only ask to keep us updated.

We do not charge you to help you, this is totally free assistance.  However, we are always in need of support, donations to our rescue is highly welcome.  If your kitty is not vetted, that is an expense on us, it may slow down the process.  Cats are expected to be ready to adopt, meaning fixed, up to date on vaccines, tested, and all health concerns noted or taken care of prior to adoption, so there is a lot more on our plate for each kitty we represent.  We do act as a back up for the cat and will be available to the adopters for anything during and after adoption, if they desire.  Many times, we follow up with the adoptions, and at the very least, sending a thank you and how to keep in touch after the adoption.

We are committed to helping all cats the best we can, that is what we do.  Please be patient, understanding and grateful. Best wishes to you while we go on this journey together.
